Greetings My Fellow Alumni,

I pray that this correspondence finds you and yours in good spirit in the midst of this most turbulent moment in the history of our world.  We all know that we are facing an pandemic none of us have ever seen and no one knows the magnitude of it to come.  With that said, there is no other choice available for us than to cancel our annual reunion scheduled for May.  We have no control of the circumstances that prompts this decision.  After discussion with our president and other officers, we encourage each of you to make good decisions to protect yourselves and your families along with your fellowman.  Now is not the time to be unwise.  It is however, a time to reflect upon how we got this far.  As a people of those who had and exemplified faith, now is the time for us to exercise it.  Know that there is a God who has brought us to this time and place and surely he did not bring us this far to leave us.

We are blessed to be in a position wherein we have not lost any monies, nor has there been any deposits made in preparation for the reunion.  We thank the class of 1970 for the work that they have done already in preparing for the reunion and pray that the time comes when we can move forward with plans for another one.

We ask that each of you continue to pray, to not become weary in well doing, and know that God is in charge of the situation.  If any do not know who Jesus is, now is the time to get to know him.

Feel free to call me or any of the officers regarding any questions that you may have.

Yours truly,

William M. Parker, Vice-President on behalf of
William Pittman, President
